For active vacancies
We collect data from you when you send your application to our email@example.com email address. This may include, but is not limited to, contact details (name, address, phone number, Skype username) and application materials such as education and work records, CVs and cover letters.
Use and Storage
The information we collect from potential recruitment, investment and venture candidates will be used to qualify the applications against our internal criteria.
Recruitment data will be stored for 12 months from the date of your initial application.
Non-Personal data may be used for monitoring and service improvement purposes but will be suitably anonymised or pseudonymised when necessary to perform these tasks. Consequently, these analytics cannot be linked back to you personally.
You have the right to withdraw your consent and delete your personal data at any point by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org but please be aware this will also terminate any ongoing application you may have with us.
We may share your personal information within the Richmond Group. It will be in line with the uses listed in this policy. If you provide referees’ details, we may communicate with them during the application process.
