This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It constitutes Richmond Group Limited and its subsidiaries Richmond Group Debt Capital Ltd and Richmond Group Management Services Limited (together the “Company”) slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ended 31 March 2024.
The Company is opposed to slavery and human trafficking in all forms and is committed to combatting such malpractices. The Company has high ethical standards and sets high standards of impartiality and objectivity in relation to the management of its activities.
The Company will not at any time knowingly support or do business with any organisation involved in slavery or human trafficking.
The Company at all times adopts a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and continues to make concerted steps to implement and enforce effective measures to ensure that modern slavery is not and does not happen in its business.
The Company is also transparent in its own business operations and in its approach to tackling modern slavery throughout all supply chains. The Company expects the same standards to be appropriated by all of its contractors, suppliers and partners.
The Company issues this statement which is supported by its Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. The Company also has other corporate policies which complement this statement namely the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and the Whistleblowing Policy, the latter which encourages staff to report concerns including any related to modern slavery/trafficking.
Over the course of the next financial year, the Company will continue to ensure that our procedures help us identify, prevent and mitigate any risks of modern slavery or human trafficking.
This statement has been approved by the board of Richmond Group Management Services Limited for and on behalf of its subsidiaries on 1st April 2023 and has been signed by James Benamor (CEO). A new statement will be published annually on www.therichmondgroup.co.uk
