Richmond Group is an award-winning investor and venture builder. We started in 1999 around a kitchen table with a simple goal: to stop working in dead-end jobs that we hated and do something meaningful. We have built several multi-million-pound companies including a £1bn fin-tech lender in the UK. Having served over half a million customers and won many awards for being an amazing place to work, we are now seeding multiple technology start ups in non-standard financial services and education.

We are looking for an experienced talented Full Stack Mobile developer to join our core team. In this role, we will expect you to get stuck in and have the desire to work as part of a dynamic and agile team. You should thrive off a challenge and be able to work to deadlines. To be successful, you will be technically skilled, efficient and passionate about building, launching and scaling successful products. This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for some of our key systems, not only working on improving the existing technology stack but also completing greenfield development.

This role is also open to remote workers. You can work from anywhere, but you’ll still be a key part of our successful team.

This opportunity is not common. You will have the excitement and challenges of working on startups, but with the resources of a multinational organisation. Your work will be used in our companies across the world.

  • Experience in React Native, MS SQL.
  • Experience in writing bridging components with experience of both iOS and Android.
  • The drive and ability to find and create solutions for complex problems.
  • Effectively communicate technical subjects to team members.
  • Highly proficient in verbal and written English.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in cloud technologies (Azure is preferred, but any cloud hosting experience is good).
  • Front end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience using restful Web APIs and building applications with an API-first mindset.

What we offer in return:

  • £3k training budget: this money is set aside for your development, spend it on something that will help you be better.
  • £100 monthly fitness allowance.
  • Contributory Pension.
  • Health insurance.
  • Flexible Holiday Structure
  • Use of our luxury properties in Chicago, Dordogne and London when not in use by our project teams

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
